Founded by a board-certified OB-GYN who has delivered over 4,000 babies, Birth Model is building AI-native clinical decision support that predicts delivery times within 12 minutes, automates documentation, and optimizes staffing, all through seamless EHR integration.

This is a hands-on role where you'll write real code, ship real features, and learn how to build reliable software in a healthcare setting with mentorship and support from experienced engineers.
