User Representations

Dispute Resolution

1. Informal Negotiation: We will first attempt to resolve any dispute informally
2. Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes will proceed to binding arbitration in Bergen County, New Jersey

• Defects will be corrected
• The services are free of viruses or harmful components
• Any results from use of the services will meet your requirements

Limitation of Liability
